how add categories in attach files Instead of file. please refer to below image
@NagarjunaS16644648 You can navigate to Records->Process->Attachment categories. If you see Attachment categories there are being displayed for you in the list. You can create a new Attachment categories and that will be displayed in the list.

@NagarjunaS16644648 you can hide using attachment category itself if you want to hide using attachment category. If you use live UI, that list of the attachments will be displayed in a table layout. If your intension is security aspect, then you can apply privilege to attachment category and Access role.
