Help with upgrade from 7.1.6(in-house) to 8.8(client managed cloud)and migration from db2 to postgres

We are looking to do the below for a client:

  • Move from 7.1.6v in-house to client managed AKS deployment and 8.8v.
  • Migrate database from DB2 instance to postgres

has anyone done this before and what should be the sequesnce of steps ie do migration first or move to cloud and then migrate etc.

Is there any learning from other experiences and any tooling recommendation for migration.
