We understand that Hazelcast is now and externalized service in the latest versions of Pega. Also Pega customers are able to use Hazelcast without a Hazelcast licence. Does this also mean that Pega Customers can use Hazelcast Customer Support without additional charges or only the Hazelcast Community forums?
