GMT to IST conversion

How to change default time GMT to IST in pega personal application. Not for a case type or any calculations but for entire application.

When I use a wait shape, the processing should be done for IST.

@itzreddyv For entire application , Change it in the Operator and set the Locale so that it picks the time from there. and any operation USER perform will be taken on that operator Locale
