Get Details of previous case type

I have changed the case type of a case via manager portal.

Ex- case type name changed from A to B

Now I need the property which holds the name of the previous case type i.e A.

Where can I find that?

Hi @BinithR8: Are you referring to the short description of case type? If so can you check pyLabel in case.

@ArulDevan No, I am talking about the name of the previous case type name before changing the case type. pyLabel is showing the current case name.

Hi @BinithR8: I don’t see a separate property for this. Instead, please help to check the history snapshot of the rule.
