I am Unable to see existing form views in landing page as it displays only list views. Landing page in constellation allows to create only list views but however I need to add a form view in a landing page for a newly created portal that allows searching a record based on embedded properties. This can be achieved in List views with promoted filters but Promoted filters can only be used for scalar properties.
Any idea on either adding a form view in a landing page or
how can we use an embedded property in a promoted filter.
In Constellation, landing pages are typically designed to display list views, which are used to show lists of data such as case types or data objects. This is why you are seeing the option to create only list views.
However, you can add a form view to a landing page by following these steps:
Create the Form View: First, ensure that you have created the form view you need. Form views are typically created for each step in the workflow when you configure the view on the Workflow tab.
Add the Form View to the Landing Page: When creating or editing a landing page, you can add existing views. Choose a template such as ‘One column’ or ‘Two column’ for your landing page. In the region where you want to add the form view, select ‘Add a View’ and then choose the form view you created from the list of available views.
Save and Preview: After adding the form view to the landing page, save your changes and preview the landing page to ensure it displays correctly.
This approach allows you to incorporate form views into your landing pages, providing a more interactive experience for users within the portal.
