On a section on the Dynamic layout Actions tab itself i can see event as on load and then action as Subscribe and Callback. I wanted to know what are they doing?

Please follow the below links to better understand on load event action set in dynamic layouts.
The section will automatically refresh (without any manual intervention) based on some events. For example: if there is a new row added to the table behind the scenes and then you trigger a notification for the section rules to refresh to see the updated values.
