in System Architect course mission exercise, after I complete below step:
US-2005: Allow authenticated customers to skip the Collect customer information step
Then when I run case type “Rental Reservation”, in the “Collect customer information” view, all the Customer fields become read only then no input is allowed. Pls refer to attached image.
This is abnormal, in the related video, it’s not read-only
And I have checked the field remain “optional” setting instead of “read-only” as check in the view.

Pls kindly be noted that, just now I destroyed part of my completed settings in my exercise (include deleting some validations and deleting the view “Collect customer information” in view “Verify new customer”) to see whether the the read only problem can be resolved however I am in vain. Then later I recover all the setting to original. Now I have completed up to US-2006. Of course, the read only problem still there not solved.
As you answered my 1st question 51 minutes ago, seems this is just the time my destroy has been made and not yet recover. Maybe you mentioned “an error in US-2003” is caused by this.
So, could you kindly review my solution again as I have recovered them?
Also I went through the US-2003 step video again and found no issue for my exercise.
Also I am not sure whether I can ask another question here, after US-2006 completed, when I advance a case to “Enter rental information” stage, the Customer info (shown for verification) can NOT be shown UNTIL I select menu Action → Refresh and then click Go button in “to do” window to RE-ENTER “Enter rental information” stage. May you know the reason? I did not find any mismatch in my operation against the video.
