Coming to the select offer view contains transfer offers data reference field error.
Please follow below steps to modify,
1)Navigate to case type Balance transfer and click on the select offer step and again click on configure view.
2)Open the configure view and click on the default view and open it.
- here I am attaching the screenshot(Select offer).In that you need to modify the section name

Coming to the Transfer offers are displayed by title in drop down.When user selects an offer,information about the selected offer is displayed.
Please follow below steps to modify,
1)Navigate to case type Balance transfer and click on the select offer step.
2)Open the configure view and again click on the gear icon.
3)Select the record using as Drop-down list and select using the following field as title as shown in the screenshot.

@KamineniSurya Hello, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately this did not solve my issue. I also tried to follow up procedure shown in the mission’s video but nothing.
So I reset my pega instance and start over - IT IS WORKING NOW. I did exact same steps but now it is working for some reason.
