Executing flow rule "pxFlow(FlowProblems)" while creating work object using file listener. why?

Hi Team,

I am Practising on File Listener rule. I am trying to create work objects based on the file fed at the file listener location and the same has been achieved. But when I open the case created , its showing as below image instead of the section configured.

After clicking on ''Go", its showing below screen.

As I checked in clipboard, got to know that flow rule “pxFlow(FlowProblems)” is getting executed before actual flow.

please help to resolve this issue.

Hi @HemanthKumarC: Please check the routing configurations in Assignment available in Intake flow.

Possible issue: you may have configured the assignment to route to current user. But for listeners this wont work. If this is the case, please update the touting and check.
