We’re experiencing a weird behavior where data pages on the workpage are being checked for staleness a seemingly excessive amount. One data page, with no change in parameters and no defined refresh conditions, appears in the tracer with “Data page instance is found”, “Data page instance is fresh” dozens of times for a single view refresh while a case is opened. This creates a lot of clutter in the tracer that can make it difficult to use. We have previously kept the Data Pages option in the settings unchecked to mitigate the behavior but a recent need to add a Do Not Reload When to one data page is causing that when rule to clutter our tracers now instead.
Are data pages supposed to be checked for fresh instances dozens or (in a few cases) hundreds of times per interaction?
