We have upgraded pega platfrom from 8.3 to 8.6. When we try to export data type records, it’s throwing a runtime exception. I tried to trace and checked logs but didn’t get enough details. I have attached screenshots document, Can someone help me ?

Can you trace while exporting the data and share those details to check where exactly it is getting errored.

You can check the columns of the data type which was created prior to upgrade. Text related fields should not have problem.
Troubleshoot in this angle , may it is because of type of the property or the length .

If you are having access to MSP portal please raise a ticket with pega. It seems to be bug in the pega platform they will be giving a hotfix. Similar issues are seen in 8.6 versions.

Yes, It’s an issue from platform and we got Hotfix(HFIX-81831).
