Created a property from app studio & called in view but showing error as below image.

Check whether the properties already referred in the view are existing or deleted. If everything looks good.
Validate by creating new view and refer the new property and see whether you are still facing the same issue.
@KishoreKumarMadduri , Thank you for your response, I tried with both scenarios you asked but still same issue.
When I am creating a text field & calling it in view it’s working fine but once I am changing it to “Rich text editor” then this issue is coming up & it’s not allowing me to do edit the property in view.

I am facing the issue with OOTB field as well when adding a worklist column in a portal landing page.
Try to open the property in dev studio & set the ui control to pxRichTextEditor, then check in app studio
