Error in Data Files Uploading on Pega Customer Service for Financial Services (Constellation) '24.1

We are using below environment.

Pega Infinity '24.2

Pega Common '24.2

Pega Customer Service (Constellation) '24.2

Pega Customer Service for Financial Services (Constellation) '24.1

In our application, we cannot see any data for the Contact, Accounts and all tables in Data Portal and Data Types as well.

We downloaded commonsampledata.xlsx file and csfssampledata.xlsx file from the binary files and tried to upload these two files into the Data utilities tab in Data Portal by referring Pega Common Data Model Implementation Guide. But it gave us errors separately as below (See the attached screenshots).

  • Execution error: Test suite execution has warnings/failures. The records with failures or warnings are ServiceAccount=26, , AssetServiceAccount=1, ContactLocation=4, Product=9, Authorization=7, ProductOffer=8, ContactContact=2, ContactServiceAccount=28, Asset=79, ContactAsset=41, Statement=10, ProductOfferProductOffer=6, Contact=75, Transaction=73, Claim=2, Location=10. Please check the error file in the attachments and try again.

Error while uploading csfssampledata.xlsx (Screenshot : Error_CSFSSampleData) :-

  • Execution error: Test suite execution has warnings/failures. The records with failures or warnings are ServiceAccount=21, , ContactContact=4, ContactServiceAccount=28, Asset=34, ContactAsset=31, Statement=71, Contact=11, Transaction=137. Please check the error file in the attachments and try again.

Could anyone please guide us to resolve this issue ?

Thank you for your guidance.

We went through above links and followed the mentioned steps. In 2nd link, while trying to upload data sheet we got below error.

  • Execution error: Test suite execution has warnings/failures. The records with failures or warnings are ServiceAccount=29, , AssetServiceAccount=1, ContactLocation=2, Authorization=2, ContactContact=1, ContactServiceAccount=31, Asset=34, ContactAsset=32, Statement=71, Contact=19, Transaction=136, Claim=2, Location=2. Please check the error file in the attachments and try again.

Raised a SR on this.

This product was missing in the installation. After importing this, issue was resolved.
