Error 401 in pega logs, When Published Custom-DX-Component in 23 version

Hi,

I’m encountering the following error After published a template-custom-component:

Error Code: 401
Message: Could not authenticate this request.

The component is showing up in the ruleset, but it’s not appearing in the view/edit mode. When I tried to publish with the same configuration on other Pega cloud Instances in 24 version, it works fine. We have also checked the server firewall restrictions, cleared caches and API’s whitelisting but the issue persists. Has anyone faced this issue before or have any insights on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

@Rajashekar Kannawhen the component is in the ruleset, the component JS code is pushed to the Constellation App Static server - likely the publishing task is failing - try to save the application to traditional UI - resave - then switching back to constellation UI and save - it should trigger the sync - check logs for any error that could happen during the sync.

Since you are on Pega Cloud, this configuration should be working with any problem - if the problem is still happening, best is to open a support requests.
