Hello, Any help with getting an email account configured for a Pega Labs (I’26). I wanted to play with agentic Email but need an ingestion email. I have tried and failed with (Gmail, Hotmail & Mailtrap). Any suggestions much appreciated.

Could you please confirm Test Connectivity fails for Email Account or Listener fails?

I’ve used Gmail with Basic Auth Profile and it works! You have to use App Password for Gmail account

Based on the error message, The OAuth2/OIDC authorization process was never completed (or the authorization/refresh token is no longer valid), despite the Email Account being configured to use OAuth authentication.

I get the following error message when trying to use Gmail? Authentication Profile— Please select an authentication profile whose grant type is Jwt Bearer
