Any help with getting an email account configured for a Pega Labs (I’26). I wanted to play with agentic Email but need an ingestion email. I have tried and failed with (Gmail, Hotmail & Mailtrap). Any suggestions much appreciated.
Could you please confirm Test Connectivity fails for Email Account or Listener fails?

I’ve used Gmail with Basic Auth Profile and it works! You have to use App Password for Gmail account
@PhilipShannon we followed same instruction, but it is failing. kindly share if any other instructions we need to follow?
Based on the error message, The OAuth2/OIDC authorization process was never completed (or the authorization/refresh token is no longer valid), despite the Email Account being configured to use OAuth authentication.

I am trying to configure Gmail as an email account in Pega. I have already obtained the Client ID and Client Secret from Google Cloud, but I’m not sure whether the steps I followed are correct. I also couldn’t find any detailed documentation that explains the complete setup process.
I would be grateful if you could share the steps, or point me to any documentation, for creating the Authentication Profile required for a Gmail email account.
