Dynamic Text in Constellation View Not Displayed When No Visible Fields Exist

I have a requirement to display a paragraph/message within a case using Dynamic Text in a Constellation view.

The Dynamic Text is configured correctly and displays as expected when the view contains at least one visible field. However, if the view contains only Dynamic Text and no visible fields, the Dynamic Text is not rendered.

I also tested adding fields with their visibility set to Never, but the Dynamic Text still does not appear. It seems that the view itself is not rendered unless there is at least one field that is visible to the user.

Is there a recommended approach to display only Dynamic Text or a paragraph without adding visible fields?

It works as expected even though the view doesn’t have any fields. It works both with hardcoded and paragraph rule for the Dynamic Text.

Sometimes It’s working as expected but sometimes it’s not.

If this is intermittent issue, then I suggest to check with SMEs by creating the INC ticket.
