You can now configure Case Step instructions to appear as one of the following banners types by using a Dynamic Text rule.
- Caution: Amber banner for important notices.
- Information: Gray banner for general informational guidance. This style is the default.
- Good: Green banner for positive confirmation or successful completion guidance.
- Create the Dynamic Text rule - Create > User Interface > Dynamic Text
a. Set to display as a Message Banner
b. Select your message type
c. Select Use decisioning to display different messages for different situations
- Enable the view to utilize the defined Dynamic Text message
a. Set the Instructions to Override case step instructions
b. Set the Instruction Text to Source from Library
c. Select the Dynamic Text that you defined earlier
