Data reference field configured to display list of records in a view, not populating all the columns after multi select. Only the first record has all the columns rest have only the keys

We have a Form View that displays a list of transactions in a tabular format, with data sourced from a List Data Page. Users can select multiple transactions from the table and click Submit.

Upon submission, we invoke a Data Page to process the selected records. We are attempting to copy the values from D_LoanAccountHistory into a target Page List using an Update Page action with a Data Reference in Pega Constellation 25.1.3.

However, we are experiencing an issue where not all the selected transaction data is being copied into the Page List. Only a subset of the records or fields is being populated, resulting in incomplete data transfer.

We are looking for guidance on the correct approach to copy multiple selected records from a List Data Page to a Page List using Data Reference and Update Page actions in Constellation, and to understand any limitations or configuration requirements that might be causing this behavior.

In a view, we have a table with selectable records populated using Data Page. After I select couple of records from the list and submit the screen, The first record ex: Multiselect(1) has all the columns like pyLabel, Description, Account Number( the key) and MultiSelect(2) and subsequent results has only Account number copied to it.

Hmm maybe I don’t fully understand your requirement. My thought is that instead of using a list view to select items and copy them into a page list, why don’t you just use a form with a data reference that stores a list of records? It automatically renders the list you want to choose from, lets you multi-select, and saves the list of items you picked.
