Customer Email Account changed from vodafone.com to one.hu. Need Corresponding mapping in pega support admin portal

Dear Team,

The Hungary customer company brand was changed from vodafone.com to one.hu.

so, the login accounts with [email protected] will become obsolete.

so, the pega support website also need to be modified with account holder new emailIDs.

in this regard, please guide us on how to get this change done.

Please check the below and confirm the below.

  1. Can pega SR team able to replace the existing userID with new USer ID(@one.hu) and setup a default password

or

  1. do we need to have a new login account created with new brand [email protected]?

  2. does the account name “Hungary Vodafone” remains as is or can be changed to “ONE Hungary”

@NagaAswiniT17164727 as per the Pega Account & Notifications FAQ page, your issue needs to be dealt with by our Accounts team.

A change in company name will require validation, and further changes w.r.t:

  1. Your primary and alternate email addresses linked to your Pega Account domain. This is done by our Accounts team.

  2. Our accounts team will need to check the validity and changes if you need to Merge Pega Academy certification and PearsonVue account links.

  3. Your MSP and MPC logins (registered via your company’s Support Administrator.). These Manage Users tools link to your ability to use My Software and continue accessing our Support Ticketing Portals.
