@Maciej Dybal I was thinking more to have something that it could be used as a alias for the label of the pyUserIdentifier. The solution you are proprosing me is to use RegistrationNumber to save the content into the pyUserIdentifier right? But how the existent instances of operators will have this new property filled? The suggested approach will work only for new instances or if the instance get updated, I want to have a solution that for example in a list view the lable of the column for the pyUserIdentifier I can use a different label.

@MarioM17642831 have you tried Insights? List Views and Insights both show a list, but they do have different features - a good article here that shows some of those difference in another context.

Differences aside, Insights allow you to change the label of the column BUT still allow you to do CRUD actions.
