When I create an appointment in Sales Automation calendar for a colleague but I don’t want the appointment in my outlook calendar is that possible?

Because I can delete myself from the appointment but I get an appointment in my Outlook Calendar.

How can we configer this?

This is not possible. We can delete an organizer from the appointment. Same is the case in outlook also. It is not possible to remove the organizer.
