Could we create a branch default with all rules?

I leart and tried to make a new branch(blank), then i can checkout my target rule to my branch.then update..merge…

Now I have a task with so many rules,I don’t want to checkout each target rule to my branch by hand. Is there a way to achieve this need ?

I don’t think so. I understand your concern, but it’s important to ensure that you’re copying and updating the correct rules for the branch.
