Attached sample Cosmos template. I’ve tried restricting the Tools usage in the Security Center so the “User” access group does not have the right to run reports but it seems this doesn’t want to disappear. Any ideas on a quick solution that doesn’t involve gutting the OOTB script that builds the menu?
Please follow below steps to make Report navigation link to get hide for needed personas.
App Studio → Users → Access.
From access landing page you would be able to hide (or) enable the pages to needed personas.
If the checkbox is enabled then the persons will have the respective page options in their navigation menu.
If the checkbox is disabled then the persons will not have the respective page options in their navigation menu.
After this changes completed, during deployment make sure all the ARO rules which got created in back-end related to the pages configuration in app studio are getting deployed to higher environment.
