We are facing an issue in our Pega Infinity '25.1.2 environment (using Pega Customer Service for Financial Services Constellation '25.1.1).
When we use the search box on the My Workqueues or My Worklist grids, the search works as expected and filters the records correctly. However, the matching text is not highlighted in some columns such as Task, Case ID, and Case Type.
Steps to reproduce:
Log in and open My Workqueues.
Enter a value in the search box that exists in the Task or Case ID column.
Perform the search.
Notice that the results are filtered correctly.
However, the matching text is not highlighted, even though highlighting is expected in the search results.
Has anyone seen this behavior in Pega Infinity '25.1.2? Is this a known limitation of the Constellation table component, or is there a hotfix or recommended solution available?
In our scenario, both Case ID and Task are clickable links. The search works and filters the results, but the matching text inside these link fields is not highlighted.
Could you confirm whether the highlighted fields in your test were also rendered as links? If so, could you please share a screenshot or any configuration details?
