Configuring a Loading Icon to Display while a Harness is Loading

Hello,

I have a requirement to display a loading harness while a harness is loading in the portal.

I have tried the approach in Showing a Loading Icon to display while a flow is loading... | Support Center, but it is not successful. (Pega V8.4.6)

In this approach, it doesn’t run the script on clicking the link in the navigation menu. Also, I need to avoid using scripts.

Any insight would be appreciated.

@MaleeshaW Have you considered using skeletons?

There isn’t much info around on this topic, but it is an OOTB option in Pega.

@Michel Kraaij Yes. We implemented this in the Advanced section of the harness which gives the expected outcome.
