@Jon Gupta need to log in directly at community.pega.com and navigate to the Blueprint section. If she still faces issues, she can try clearing her browser cache or switching browsers. Final option is to open a Pega support request. Thanks
@Sairohith GCS do not deal with Blueprint issues unless it is directly releated to Import issues of the generated Blueprint application into Enterprise Edition.

Users must be logged in to Pega.com using Pega Community credentials to see their Pega GenAI Blueprint dashboard.
If your colleague has issues with their Community Account, then please contact the relevant team as per the Get Help pages
