Chart not attached in Email

Hello everyone,

I have configured a few custom reports in PDC and now i want to schedule those reports to be sent automatically to my email every month. I successfully configured those notifications, everything works properly now.

There is just one small problem, all of my reports normally generate a chart, but those charts are not attached to the reporting email. When I generate a PDF of those reports, the chart is showing at the top of the document.

I want those charts to be visible in the email attachment too, is there a way to configure this or is this feature just not supported?

@JanK1501 I found a support incident whereby a client demonstrated their scenario where they configured a correspondence rule which in turn called an HTML rule. This HTML rule contained a section which included a chart. They created an activity which configured the Correspondence as a PDF, attached the PDF to a case, and called sendemailwithallattachments.

I can confirm that this use case is not supported OOTB in pega platform. It is an enhancement to the product which has been logged under FDBK-86268. I have added your interest to that functionality. If you wish to discuss enhancement requests further please contact your Pega AE.
