I want make the certification “PEGACPSSA23V1 :Certified Pega Senior System Architect” . I have this certification “PEGACSA72V1: Certified System Architect (CSA) 72V1” Could I make the new certification for Senior System Architect ?

Yes you can. The only pre-requisite for the CSSA exam is that you have to be CSA certified architect in any available or previous versions. Just remember to register for the exam via the Pearson VUE account where your CSA certificate is tagged because the system evaluates the prerequisites before granting you to register.
