In Program Distinctions I am unable to view all the certificates in my region.
And how we can list our certification which will reflect on Active Certified Resources.

Where do you see ‘Program Distinctions’?
Is this a Pega Academy question?
When we login to My Pega and go to Partners tab here you see the Program Distinctions.
So here i am unable to view all the Certified Resources in my organisation.
For now it only shows only 3 but previously its shows 7, so how i can update this.
Could you please help me.

@IkhlasMohdS When you are logged into the My Pega portal please can you contact the My Pega team directly by using the 'Get Help’ orange button on the right of the screen (as shown in your screenshots)?
You are given the option to ‘Contact Us’ under the My Organization questions.
In the dropdown please select ‘Report an issue with My Pega’ and choose aspect ‘My Organization’.
You may also want to follow an additional step as listed in the FAQ
" Client and Partner members should connect with their Client Success Manager or their Partner Enablement Representative respectively, for approval and access. If you are unsure of who your organization’s contact is, please send email request to [email protected] and we will assist."
When you submit the ‘Contact Us’ form could you also ask the Pega team to update the FAQ to provide more details about the Partners tab functionality?
