In a world where hyper-personalized marketing has become the norm, Telenet has committed to a customer-centric marketing strategy supported by Pega CDH. As with any big transformation, they met with many challenges on how to effectively bring this strategy to life and bridge the gap between theory and practice. In this session, Telenet shares how they dealt with this learning curve as they transitioned from “working hard” to “working smart.” They share how they organized themselves more efficiently, and they deep-dive into some tangible best practices in CDH that helped them become more personalized and customer-centric, including such topics as A/B testing and promo integration.
