CDH 8.6 NBAD: when outbound run is scheduled what timezone is used to schedule the run

Hi Everyone,

Want to understand what Time zone is used when an Outbound run is scheduled from NBA-D.

Here is the issue I am analysing, initially my operator records has “America/New York” as Time zone setting and the Batch are scheduled as per this Time zone.

Then I changed to my local Time zone but it seems like not picking up, seems like it still uses the old Time zone to run the Batch’s.

Note: Agent Schedule instance have explicit Time zone selection, having similar option during the Outbound run in NBA-D scheduled would be helpful.

The Operator Time Zone seems like helped, the Batch is triggered based on the Operator Time zone.

When you create a schedule, the date/time is stamped in with the operator’s locale. Changing your locale does not reschedule to a new locale, if just shows you the time the original operator scheduled things, displayed in your locale. Next time you reschedule the run it will take the updated locale of the operator into effect.
