Cases are not appearing in dashboard but i can see case count in work queue

In my application i have work basket it have 60 cases, but while click on it showing “Work Queue is empty”. How rectify this issue?

I assume you are using the OOTB gadget to check the cases in Work queue. Have a look at the report definition pega calls to show the cases. There must be a filter for Application name or Workgroup, may be any of these are not matching with your cases.
