Case Management Intermediate Mission Exercise not validating on Infinity '23

I have recently completed the above mission exercise on both Pega 8.8 and Infinity '23. However, when verifying the completed mission on Infinity '23, I am not getting the green tick icon, and cannot complete the section, which will affect my overall SSA completion.

Do I need to recomplete the exercise? Or, do I need to reset the Pega instance?
