Cannot perform a root cause analysis

Hi,

I cannot perform a root cause analysis with Process Mining.

Whatever I try I always receive the same message (see screen shot.)

I also inlcuded the dataset as a zip file (but renamed to txt).

Is there something wrong or am I doing something wrong?

The view has been configured to only have event columns, so since it doesn’t have any case columns RCA can not be used. Please fix the view to generate RCA.
