Does Constellation still support the OOTB sites: “Documents” and “Pulse” and “Tags” (I think it was called: “Collaboration”) in the Web Channel as it is possible in Theme-Cosmos?

Yes, you can launch traditional pages from a Constellation application. It is documented here:

Personally, I am not a fan of this UX as it launches it in a Traditional portal. I would be looking at Constellation landing pages that achieve the same business outcome (if possible)

Delegation

There is also a dedicated document for Delegated Rules/Data.

Personally, I’m not a fan of bringing this delegated landing page page back, given we have CRUD actions on data and Configuration Sets which achieve the same business outcome but are more modern and Constellation compliant ways of achieving this.
