CAD-B7409: Elasticsearch issue with pyFTSincrementalIndexer

We @ Statefarm has the following clarifications about this CAD-B7409; kindly help us clarify these so we can go ahead and take further action on it.

  • Is this applicable to Pega version 8.7.4?

  • How do we verify if this issue is applicable to us (pyFTSincrementalIndexer goes unresponsive /turning off automatically)

  • What are the symptoms of this issue, we should be looking for?

  • What features of the Pega product (Know the search functionality is getting impacted) are impacted because of this issue? Even in case of search is the issue causing the search not to work or provide in-accurate search results?

  • If applicable: Please send the download link for ReinitFailedNodes.zip RAP file

  1. When applicable: Apply the ReinitFailedNodes.zip RAP file in Statefarm Envs.
  2. When applicable and the RAP is applied in the Envs: How do we ensure the pyFTSIncrementalIndexer is running, or not turning off automatically
  3. When applicable and the RAP is applied in the Envs: What other feature /functionality need to be verified /monitored to ensure the functionality is working good in the Envs.?
