Business Architect Training Content Excercise: Adding Fields to Views

Hello,

I am working on the challenge, Adding Fields to Views. I cannot find the fields Service Request and Issue Severity in the configure view section (in pega instance).

  1. To the right of Service request, click the arrow
  2. Select Issue severity.

The fields are not showing because they are not available in the case type data model yet. Open the case type and go to the Data model tab. Add both “Service Request” and “Issue Severity” as properties in the data model. Save the changes and refresh the view configuration screen. Then go back to Configure view and try adding fields again. The fields will now appear in the selection list.
