Badges not reflected in Pega profile

Hi,

I’ve sent questions via Academy multiple times without any response.

I’m missing the following badges:

  • MISSION: Pega Cloud Essentials | Completed: October 3, 2023 | Pega Cloud for Government
  • MISSION: Center-Out Business Architecture | Completed: October 3, 2023
  • MISSION: Pega Express Delivery | Completed: October 1, 2023

Could you please help on this. Thanks in advance.
