Attached Images to work object are not loading properly in Mobile. I am using display image ootb control by fetching the details from Data-Content-Image. able to display the image but it is blur not the actual image. It is displaying the preview image from PegaSocial-Document. We need help to display the actual image in mobile.
@MaheshP48 as explained in the support incident, the reason the pzDisplayImage control gives a blurred image is because its used only to display the image thumbnail of the attached file not the actual image.
Also its true that Pega Mobility will support the same functionalities as that if the Web app but there are certain controls that are not fit for PIMC apps as they are not compatible with the underlying native mobile controls.
It was explaned that nfrom Pega Mobile end we do not have any explicit control that can show the attached images inline over any landing pages. We can use the pzDisplayImageInline control but that control is limited within the work objects only. If the pzDisplayImage control is used images wont be clear and will have a blur effect.
The controls like pxFilePreview,pzDisplayImageInline and pzDisplayImage are used for Web app and that too only within the work object.
There is no OOTB control available that can show the attached image (collected during case processing) on a landing page in the Mobile app.
We created enhancement request FDBK-89806 as this is currently a platform limitation.
As your requirement is specific to the mobile app only we suggested the following path:
