Any way to Highlight column in Report filter if we select option for that

Hi, Is there any way to highlight or change color a column in Filter By of OOTB Report filter section, if we select any option in the filter.

Could you please elaborate your requirement. You want to highlight the header row of the report when we apply any filter to the report, OR you want to highlight the column in which filter is applied ?
