Agent crash Email Notification

We have a requirement where we have 2 Advanced agents which get enables post business hours and enable the other standard agent to process queued items. After certain time, we are disabling the standard agents from the advance agent activity. While disabling the standard agent we are getting below notification email even if the agent is not get crashed.

This is an automated notification: Agent : {1} has crashed on Node: {2}.

This notification email are getting triggered everytime we are disabling any running agent from Admin studio.

Is there anyway to resolve this issue.

Do anyone have any expertise on this. I have found 1 OOTB activity pzNotifyAgentTermination which is responsible to send the email notification if Agent got crashed.

It would be helpful to share what all rules needs to be changed in order to customize this OOTB activity.
