add filter in a report definition to check if parameter value contains a substring

can I add a filter in a report definition to check if parameter value contains a substring?

E.g. there’s param pass into the report definition param.id as string

how could I add a filter with logic param.id contains substring “CCC”?

You can try using OOTB function alias Sub String with a contains filter.
