I am working with our license manager and he advised me to reach out to support for help. I am not able to access the link to request for docker images on my support portal software center.

if this is a question about access to My Pega → My Software. then likely the licensed company’s Account Administrator has not affiliated you to their company, and therefore you do not have the Access Role required to view My Software. tab.

To request access to Pega-provided Docker images, follow these steps:
- Navigate to My Pega and log in with your credentials.
- In the header of the page, click Software > My Software.
- In the Explore More @ Pega panel on the right, click Run the Pega Platform in a container.
- Send the request, and you will receive a confirmation message and an access key via email.
If you are unable to access the link, ensure that you are affiliated with your organization correctly.
