Access issue for module activity

Hello - I am trying to complete the first activity and keep getting this message. I am logged in. I can view the first two tabs in this module. I have tried across Chrome and Edge. Can you please assist?

Hi Marisa,

From my understanding, this looks like an access issue.

You can try logging out/in, accessing from the learning path, or using incognito.

If it still persists, you can raise it here:

Thanks Pooja - I tried in Incognito mode and it is still happening. I raised a case to this to be resolves a week ago - but I don’t think anyone has responded. I have raised another case again off the back of your message. Hoping someone can close this out for me today - I’d like to get through the training.
