Access denied to 2 courses ("The data model" and "Sending emails during case processing")

I’m reached out to you because I have started Pega business architect 8.7 online training on PEGA website.

I’m being denied the access to 2 courses “The data model” and “Sending emails during case processing” and and don’t know why.

Can you provide me with some assistance?

Suggest toggling your login to Pega Academy.
