a new created branch is invisible in check out list

even after i logoff login

may I know any possible reason?

also the new branch disappear in branches list when I open the list again in application definition page

Hi I have added the branch into the application definition window, as below image. May I know does it mean the branch has been added to the application? what else I need do? thanks.

Or is it related to my having insufficient access right?
