What version of Customer Service will support Cosmos React UI?

I have not yet seen any update plans for 8.7. I will let the relevant team comment to your question.
@klimb The Customer Service teams have been working in 8.7 and the current 8.8 release to build a full React based desktop. Based on the rate of progress, we’re pretty confident that the 8.8 version will include a full React based desktop. This version will likely be used for new implementations only, since upgrading from UIKit based applications will require some refactoring. We will work on providing utilities to assist in this refactoring in the subsequent releases.
