Can we deploy custom Constellation DX component without Deployment Manager we have RAP file

We imported the RAP file , custom components didn’t showed up in App studio , we can see it in Rule UI components though

Please ensure the ruleset is available in the ruleset stack. Please save the application definition rule and log off and log in.
